Management & Leadership

“Management” in this project means to utilize effectively and efficiently the resources of people, materials, funding, and information. By “leadership,” we mean having a clear future vision, as well as the capability to solve issues by leading a team and the aptitude to use leadership to execute a mission accurately. An excellent leader will have a great effect on relevant stakeholders, team members, and society in general.

Outline of Support

With the help of seminars and mentor systems, we will help you in utilizing the acquired funds efficiently and effectively, starting from securing funds, facilities, and equipment to forming a team. In addition, we will hold networking events inviting excellent leaders and managers so that their experiences are shared. Subsequently, we will enhance your capability to manage your team. We will also help develop your competence to become internationally active through global mentorship and networking.
